The old saying you get what you pay for. It holds true here! We purchased a 20 foot awning from Aleko the production and shipping was lightning fast, Quality is another story, the Fabric is thin and not something we expect to hold up over a long period of time, the electric motor engages but does not operate at all and will not connect to the remote at all. So the motorized feature is useless. The mechanical arms are light weight metal, after installation we have experienced issues with the closing of the awning it will only close about 40% of the way. Comparing our $797 investment to a $1500 - $2500 awning purchased elsewhere I go back to you get what you pay for. As a consumer my overall rating is a 1 as we are extremely disappointed in what we purchased. We spent $400 to have this awning professionally assembled and installed and Aleko poor customer services has offered a refund for our purchase But we gave to pay $225 to have it removed and an additional $89 to box it up to ship back, they do provide a shipping label but the customer service ends there, we are stuck with this inferior product due to we can’t afford to invest more money to send it back! We DO NOT recommend buying Aleko products!

Worse company ever, ordered many items that were in stock, days later they come and say it is out of stock.
It happens like this over and over again, don't do business with those guys.

Came to check out a set of adjustable dumbbells on 1/30 and was helped by Mel.

Love the covid precautions with outdoor pickup. Konan was helpful and helped me with dumbbells outside the store.

I had an amazing experience with very friendly staff. I initially ordered a sauna, it ended up taking a while to ship due to limited stock but it was well worth the wait!!

I ordered a Motorized Retractable Patio Awning on may 05, 2020. After receiving the package I noticed the Motor is missing. I sent multiple email to costumer service so far no luck!! I am going to return the product!!

Ordered an outdoor 8 person barrel sauna online May 19. Got an email it was back ordered May 27 and there was a 3 month wait. I immediately replied to cancel order as that was an option provided. No reply. They don’t answer phones nor return calls. File a dispute with bank and they dragged it on providing FAKE tracking id’s. But wait, didn’t you say it was out of stock - now magically you ‘shipped’ it. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Fake scam company that doesn’t operate legally, lawsuit waiting to happen, I may be the first to start a class action. Stay away!!!!! Fraud Company!!!!!!!!
